A Note from Your Coach

Hello to all the new mums! Most of this course was shot and conceived during my postpartum journey! I created this course during my own postpartum journey after gaining close to 20kgs. As a certified prenatal & postnatal yoga instructor with over 15 years of experience, I have blended yoga and Pilates to create a safe space for new mums to heal and rebuild. This course is designed to help you:

  • Heal and strengthen your body with routines that are safe for both vaginal and C-section births.
  • Fit fitness into your busy life with flexible sessions ranging from 20 minutes to an hour.
  • Prioritize your mental well-being with guided postpartum meditations.
  • Safely address Diastasis Recti with four dedicated lessons to help heal your abdomen.
  • My goal is to help you feel strong, comfortable, and confident on your journey through motherhood.
