It depends on where you are right now. If you are completely new to yoga or Pilates, start with the Beginner Yogalates Course, a structured 4-week introduction with no prior experience required. If you want to build a daily habit quickly, the 21 Days Yogalates Challenge is ideal. For a complete 3-month body transformation, the 12 Week Fitness Project is our most comprehensive programme. Expecting or new mothers should explore the Prenatal Course, Postnatal Course, or try the Beyond the Bump Masterclass. For weight loss and toning, the Sweat & Burn and Twist & Tone courses are best. For stress relief and better sleep, choose Restore & Relax.

Most courses require no special equipment beyond a yoga mat and enough space to stretch your arms out in any direction. Some courses, such as the 12 Week Fitness Project and Twist & Tone Course, do incorporate light weights, resistance bands, or blocks at certain stages to build on your progress, this is always clearly mentioned within the course itself, so you will never be caught by surprise. Every course is designed to be practiced entirely at home, with no gym membership or studio access needed.

Yogalates is a hybrid method that combines Yoga and Pilates into one complete workout. Yoga contributes breathwork, flexibility, and mindful awareness, while Pilates contributes core strength, postural correction, and controlled progressive movement. This means Yogalates delivers both the calm and flexibility associated with yoga and the functional strength and toning associated with Pilates in a single practice. Most sessions across our courses range from 20 to 60 minutes, depending on the programme. 21 Days Challenge feature shorter sessions (21  minutes each) designed to fit easily into a busy schedule, while the Beginner, Intermediate, 12 Week Fitness Project and Sweat & Burn Course include longer, more intensive sessions (60 minutes) for those seeking a complete workout. For best results across any course, we recommend practicing 4 to 5 times per week.

Yes, most of our courses, including the Beginner Yogalates Course, Prenatal Course, Postnatal Course, and 21 Days Challenge, are specifically designed for people with zero prior experience. Every movement is demonstrated clearly with full technique guidance, and modifications are provided throughout. If you are unsure where to start, the Beginner Yogalates Course is the recommended starting point for anyone new to yoga, Pilates, or fitness in general. We also offer support over email and WhatsApp, if you’d like your form checked, you’re welcome to share videos or chat with us directly in our WhatsApp groups.

Courses marked with lifetime access (such as Restore & Relax and Beyond the Bump) are pre-recorded video programmes that you can watch and repeat at any time, indefinitely, on your own schedule. The Live Sessions, on the other hand, are real-time classes where you practice alongside Rashmi and a community of other students at a scheduled time each week offering live feedback, accountability, and group energy. Many students combine a self-paced course with weekly Live Sessions for the best of both formats.
