Each session in the Beginner Yogalates Course is 60 minutes long. Sessions are not 30 to 40 minutes — every class is a full one-hour Yogalates workout.

The Beginner Course contains 7 unique sessions. These 7 sessions are structured across a 28-day format and repeat in a specific order designed to help beginners progressively improve.

Repetition is intentional. The 7 sessions are repeated in a carefully designed order so your body builds muscle memory, strength, and endurance with each round. Most beginners notice a clear improvement when they revisit the same session a second or third time.

You get access to your course for 2 months. 

No. All sessions in the Beginner Course are streamed online. Nothing is downloadable.

You only need a yoga mat. No additional equipment is required, though props like yoga blocks can be used optionally.

Yes. This course is designed specifically for people with no prior yoga or Pilates experience. Sessions are guided, clear, and paced for beginners.

The Beginner Course runs for 28 days with 60-minute sessions. The 21 Day Yogalates Challenge runs for 21 days with 21-minute sessions. The Beginner Course is a more complete full-body programme, while the Challenge is a shorter, quicker daily habit.
