Each session in the Beginner Yogalates Course is 60 minutes long. Sessions are not 30 to 40 minutes — every class is a full one-hour Yogalates workout.
The Beginner Course contains 7 unique sessions. These 7 sessions are structured across a 28-day format and repeat in a specific order designed to help beginners progressively improve.
Repetition is intentional. The 7 sessions are repeated in a carefully designed order so your body builds muscle memory, strength, and endurance with each round. Most beginners notice a clear improvement when they revisit the same session a second or third time.
You can choose 1 month or 2 months of access at checkout. There is no lifetime access option for this course.
