I have always loved to travel the world, explore new cultures, spend time in nature and practice Yoga. So it was only a natural progression for me to combine everything I love to give you the most amazing experience of a lifetime!

In 2023, we hosted our first domestic retreat in Kerala in India and our first International retreat in Bali in Indonesia and it was amazing to interact with people from all over the world, share our life stories and also practice Yoga together. 

In 2024, I want to take you on new curated journeys to travel and explore! All the properties we will be staying at are 4 star hotels that will ensure you are very comfortable and taken care of. The activities have been mindfully planned to ensure that you are not only coming to practice Yoga with me but to also get out of your comfort zone, try new something new and go back with lovely memories.
