Frequently Asked Questions — Sweat & Burn
Sweat & Burn is Rashmi’s most intense Yogalates programme. It combines dynamic yoga flows with Pilates-inspired cardio sequences to create a genuine full-body workout. Yes — you will sweat. You will burn calories. And you will build real strength and endurance while still benefiting from the mindfulness and flexibility of yoga.
Sweat & Burn is an intermediate to advanced level course and is not recommended as a starting point for complete beginners. It is designed for students who are already comfortable with foundational yoga poses and basic Pilates core work. If you are new to yoga, Rashmi recommends starting with the Beginner Course or 21 Day Challenge first.
For optimal fat burning and fitness results, aim to complete 3 to 4 Sweat & Burn sessions per week. This can be combined with gentler Restore & Relax sessions on your recovery days for a balanced weekly programme. Consistency over 6 to 8 weeks produces the most significant changes in body composition.
