Created by Rashmi Ramesh, each lesson teaches a practical breathing or meditation technique you can use immediately — and return to for life with your lifetime access.
Absolutely. The course is designed specifically for beginners and those who have found meditation difficult in the past. Every technique is explained clearly, including the physiological reason it works, so you understand what you’re doing — not just following instructions blindly. Many students find they achieve genuine calm in their very first session.
Yes — lessons are designed to be short and practical. You don’t need an hour on a meditation cushion. Most practices can be completed in 10–20 minutes. Many students fit them into a morning routine, a lunch break, or a wind-down before bed.
The techniques taught in this course are rooted in the science of the nervous system and specifically designed to reduce the physiological symptoms of stress and anxiety — including elevated cortisol, a racing mind, and physical tension.
