The challenge has 21 sessions — one for each day. A new session is unlocked each day.
No. The 21 Day Yogalates Challenge offers 6 months of access from the date of purchase. It is not lifetime access. Use this time to complete and repeat the challenge as many times as you like.
Yes. With 6 months of access, you can repeat the full 21-day challenge multiple times.
No. The 21 Day Yogalates Challenge is suitable for complete beginners and requires no prior yoga or Pilates experience.
Just a yoga mat. Optional props like resistance bands or yoga blocks can be used but are not required.
