Beyond the Bump is an online prenatal and postnatal yoga masterclass created by certified expert Rashmi Ramesh. It includes over 4 hours of structured video content covering pregnancy education, safe yoga and breathwork for all trimesters, an in-depth guide to labour and delivery, and a postpartum recovery and return-to-fitness roadmap. Unlike a generic yoga class, this course educates you about your entire pregnancy journey so you feel prepared, not anxious.

The masterclass content is designed to be educational for all stages of pregnancy, however as with any pregnancy exercise programme we recommend checking with your doctor or midwife before starting, especially in the first trimester. The yoga practices included are safe for low-risk pregnancies and are adapted for the second and third trimesters. The educational modules are appropriate to watch at any stage.

Yes, the Beyond the Bump Masterclass includes postpartum recovery content that covers caesarean birth. The programme takes a gentle, progressive approach with a focus on safe core restoration and pelvic floor recovery — both critical after a C-section. Always follow your surgeon’s clearance timeline (typically 6–8 weeks minimum) before beginning movement.

Most online yoga classes give you movement without context. Beyond the Bump gives you both. You’ll understand why certain postures are safe or unsafe in each trimester, how your body changes physiologically, what labour looks like, and how to rebuild strength the right way after delivery.
