Along with working on flexibility with Yoga you will also work on strength training specifically for the lower body along with kegel exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles.

Prepare for delivery
This course is what you need to strengthen your body to prepare you both mentally and physically for labour and delivery.

The course is not limited to you being at one place. All you need is a device with Internet, a Yoga mat and you are all set! Some of the sessions use props like a chair or a resistance band.
Strength & Endurance
The sessions will work on improving upper and lower body strength. We have also included guided meditations, positive affirmations that are downloadable and a handout on perineal massage.

The course 19 sessions that are open ended which means you can pick any session that you feel like doing on that particular day . Some sessions are as short as 10 mins while some are as long as 1 hour.
Repeat sessions you love
The course is designed in a free flowing format with time stamps for every session. So on days when you might be tired, you can do shorter sessions.
