over 20 sessions

With over 15 sessions ranging from Postpartum special surya namaskars, sessions on Diastasis Recti healing, special core drills and meditations, this course will help you both mentally and physically.

A NOTE FROM RASHMI

Hello to all the new mums! Most of this course was shot and conceived during my postpartum journey! Pregnancy was a breeze for me but postpartum was not as easy with a little one to care for, which is why I put this course together for all the new mums.

 I put on close to 20kgs during my pregnancy and all these workouts have helped me shed most of my pregnancy weight and have helped me stay active during my postpartum days. The course starts off from week 5 with a very gentle core rehab workout and continues with weekly gentle workouts upto week 7. Week 8 onwards you can try out a large variety of workouts specially designed for your postpartum journey. The sessions range from 20 mins to 1 hour so that you can decide what you want to do based on how much time you have. This course can be practised by any woman whether you have had a vaginal birth or a c section and also if it has been over 6 months since you had your baby. Apart from the workouts, included in this course are special postpartum meditations for your mental wellbeing & 4 lessons on Diastasis Recti to help heal your abdomen area.

The course has sessions that are open ended which means you can pick any session that you feel like doing on that particular day . Some sessions are as short as 10 mins while some are as long as 45 mins.

As a new mum, it is tough to find the time which is why the course has workouts right from 10 mins to 20 mins to 45 mins in duration. Depending on how much time you have, you can choose the workouts you wish to do.
