Frequently Asked Questions — 12 Week Yogalates Course
Each session is 60 minutes long.
Yes. There is one rest day every week. On the rest day, you do a meditation or relaxation session — it is still part of the programme, not a skipped day.
Daily practice is strongly encouraged. The course is structured for daily use and the results are directly linked to consistency. Skipping days disrupts the progressive structure.
No. This course is for practitioners who already have yoga experience or who have completed beginner or intermediate programmes. Absolute beginners should start with the Beginner Yogalates Course or the 21 Day Challenge.
The programme progresses from intermediate to advanced level over the 12 weeks.
