Rashmi is the one of the best instructors I have ever known. Her instructions are very clear and structured. She pushes us so we realise our potential. The 12 week program is an absolute go to for anyone who wants to master their asanas and advance their yoga practice. The program gradually progresses from intermediate to advance level which helps you grow with the program. The asanas which I thought I wouldn’t be able to do, I did it towards the end of the program. I learned to listen to my body and was able to realise my potential which I wouldn’t have understood without Rashmi’s guidance. I am so proud of the person I am today and I owe all my gratitude to Yogalates With Rashmi. The 12 week project was a blessing. So much sincerity, perfection and energy has into every session. All 84 days are just amazing and precious. I had to sign up the second time as well as I was greedy for more and more of health and wellbeing. At the age of 44, I was totally a transformed individual mentally and physically. By the end of 12 weeks, my TSH levels were normal, triglycerides had lowered significantly, lost about 6 kilos, gained so much core strength and improved my endurance. I have become calmer, more patient and happy and can take up any challenge that life throws at me. You wont feel that you are doing the sessions remotely, Rashmi knows when to push you further. Through these sessions, you can see a glimpse of Rashmi and her amazingness. She is a true health champion and I assure you with just one encounter, your life will never be the same again.
