YwR Bengaluru Community Yoga Workshop
Super excited to bring an in-person session to my amazing YwR community in Bengaluru!
- This 2-hour workshop will include:
- A super fun community yoga practice
- YwR-style Surya Namaskar with playful variations
- Partner yoga to explore trust, support, and connection
- Mantra chanting to uplift your energy
- A super soothing guided meditation to close the practice
You will meet fellow yogis, move and breathe together, and experience a yoga session that feels completely different from practising alone on your mat. Expect laughter, connection, and a shared practice that leaves you feeling energised, grounded, and deeply connected to the YwR community.

- What you need to bring along: Just a Yoga mat.
