Welcome To the Beginners Yogalates course
Like the saying goes, Practice makes perfect! And so this beginner course is a series of 7 unique videos structured into a 4 week format to ensure you can get your fitness routine started. If at first you find it tough, try doing lesser repetitions or do just 35 to 40 minutes instead of an hour and slowly pick up the pace and intensity in the second week of the course. Some sessions may challenge your endurance, but remember to keep going! Since you have access to the course for 2 months, you can either choose to do it four or five times a week by following the schedule or repeat the entire course for the second month.
